How quickly will you get your order?

When you place your order we normally dispatch the very same working day (Monday to Friday). We use the excellent Royal Mail 48 hour service which is a very reliable. If you are not in to receive your order, a card will be left by Royal Mail for you to collect your parcel at your local Royal Mail sorting office.

Delivery Options and Prices.

Orders to the EU should arrive in 5 - 7 days.

Rest of the world, up to 2 KG. This is normally around 4 normal sized products or one Tween Duo (2 x 750ml). Please allow 7 - 10 days for delivery.

Please do not order aerosols for delivery outside the UK, eg: Hairsprays & Mousses. Please contact us for further information. Maximum weight is up to 2 KG. This is normally around 4 normal sized products or one Tween Duo (2 x 750ml)


All products purchased through this website are covered by our 30 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unused, unopened product to us within 30 days of your order date and we will refund you for the product.

Please note that we do not refund any postage costs for the return of a product unless the item is faulty.

Returns Procedure:

Please email us at or better still call our friendly hair salon reception desk on 01484 683349 to notify us of your intent to return an item.

Your email should contain all references that are on your receipt together will a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods. 
You should also advise us whether you would like an alternative product or replacement or a refund.
Goods must be in their original packaging with any seals in tact and still be in a saleable condition. Please enclose the original receipt with the parcel if possible. Re-package the parcel using strong packaging tape and ensure it’s sealed securely.
Take the parcel to your local Post Office and request a proof of postage. Without this, you will be unable to make a claim should the parcel go missing. (Please note: will not be liable for lost returns.)
For orders outside the UK, please follow the above procedure but please pay the appropriate shipping costs and affix the label provided with your receipt. Any underpaid returns will not be processed.
Please note, The Hair Room will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any postage or shipping fees from outside of the UK.
